Better Call Saul season 6 is officially set to premiere in April 2022

At long last, AMC has revealed the released date to the final season of Better Call Saul. Mark your calendars and cancel all plans, Better Call Saul season 6 is coming on April 18, 2022.

For weeks now, the Better Call Saul official social media account (Twitter, in particular) has been teasing us with the premiere date, hinting that it’s coming soon. I have to admit, I was growing a little inpatient, but I know the AMC hit series is very much worth the wait!

On Feb. 10, the account finally let fans know that Better Call Saul season 6 would premiere on AMC and AMC+ on April 18. Were you surprised by the reveal? I was, because, just under an hour earlier, the Twitter account teased that the premiered date was coming “soon,” so I didn’t imagine it would be this soon. Not that I’m complaining, of course!

Now, since AMC does have its streaming service, AMC+, where the release episodes a lot earlier than on its network, fans were wondering how the release of new Better Call Saul episodes would be handled. Well, according to the announcement (which you can check out below), it looks like new episode will be released on both AMC and AMC+ on the same day. Whether it will be the same time remains to be known — we’ll keep you posted!

This is still a lot better than how The Walking Dead episode releases are handled. New episodes of TWD are up on AMC+ a whole week before they air on the AMC network, which many fans who are not able to get AMC+ access are not a fan of.
