When do new episodes of Bel-Air come out on Peacock?

Bel-Air, the highly anticipated reboot of the ’90s sitcom The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, makes its debut on Superbowl Sunday! The series re-imagines the comedy that made Will Smith a household name for a new generation.

While the premise is much the same, this Peacock original takes a dramatic spin on its source material. Fans of the OG know that Will was placed in the care of his Aunt Viv and Uncle Phil because of an altercation he got into on a basketball court in West Philadelphia.

What was treated as a comedic beat in the ’90s show is made serious in this reboot as Will’s life is actually under threat when his mother forces him to move across the country. However, Bel-Air also makes sure to lean into Will’s trademark humor and charm to create a story that encompasses his full life not just the terrible situation he’s dealing with.

It’s a series set to pull focus as viewers are put on a journey with Will that’ll see him navigating a social culture unlike his own and finding his footing in Bel-Air despite those who’d rather see him gone. When do new episodes of Bel-Air come to Peacock?

Bel-Air‘s first three episodes will premiere on Peacock Sunday, Feb. 13 at 12:01 a.m. PT/3:01 a.m. ET. Subsequent episodes will release Thursdays on the platform.
