What time are new episodes of Bel-Air on Peacock?

A reimagined series of a show we all know and love. That’s what Peacock‘s Bel-Air is all about. The new show takes the story of 90’s hit Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, but with a very different spin on it.

The streamer released the new series on an exciting day – Superbowl Sunday on February 13. Peacock dropped the first three episodes, and now the show is released weekly.

Whether it’s a reboot or a reimagining, it can be difficult to get the audience to like something that was already done so well the first time. In Bel-Air, you’re going to hear the same names from the original series, but this show is more dark and dramatic.

The series is executive produced by Will Smith and developed by Megan Cooper, whose viral trailer inspired the reimagining of the Peacock show. The story follows talented teen Will whose life is transformed when he moves from the streets of west Philadelphia to live with his relatives in wealthy Bel-Air. No pressure, right?

What time are new episodes of Bel-Air on Peacock?

Peacock releases new episodes of every Thursday at 2:01 a.m. PT/5:01 a.m. ET. The first seven episodes are already available to stream, with the eighth episode dropping just this morning.

Overall the show is doing pretty well. Though it’s score on Rotten Tomatoes is only 67%, viewers have been receptive to it so far. Season 1 will have a total of 10 episodes. And if you’re loving it, then there’s great news. When Peacock originally gave the series the green light, they ordered two seasons. We don’t know any details yet, but there will be a Bel-Air season 2 somewhere down the line.
