Maggie and Kaela take a trip to the past as Mel tries to control her power in Charmed Season 4, Episode 5. What could possibly go wrong?

At the end of the previous episode, Mel found out that she may have her time power back. However, it’s not quite the same. She can’t freeze time anymore. That’s gone.

Instead, she’s sending objects through time. In the previous episode it was a clock. In the new episode, it looks like she’s going to send Maggie and Kaela through time instead. And they don’t seem all that worried about going through time based on the promo. Kaela is looking forward to it.

What will happen in the past in Charmed Season 4, Episode 5?

The past isn’t the place for Maggie and Kaela to be. We all know what it was like in the 1920s for Black people. Sure, slavery was done, but that didn’t mean segregation didn’t exist. We can see just some of what they’ll face when they’re at a club and need to make a point of being the entertainment. They wouldn’t be welcome in the club otherwise.

The two will take to the stage and bring some current music to the 1920s. How many will understand the lyrics to “Moulin Rouge?”

Meanwhile, Mel will need to get her power under control. She needs to get her sister back. Of course, she’s sure to face some magical trouble of her own. The magical community is seeing propaganda against the Charmed Ones, and that could bring threats.
