During the previous episode, Marjan had the guts to speak up against Owen’s anger management issues. He didn’t want to face them, but it is time for that to happen. He needs to speak to a professional about this, and we’ll get a chance to see that happen during the episode.
What is the root of the problem? Could this take us back to 9/11? We know that this would be a traumatic experience in a firefighter’s life, and it wouldn’t be surprising if his anger issues did go back to that. He was already dealing with being a survivor and then the cancer that came from the towers falling.
Grace tries to help a coworker in 911 Lone Star Season 3, Episode 15
While that goes on, we’ll see Grace and her coworker deal with a difficult call. It looks like this is someone who is trapped in a building on fire. The firefighters aren’t that far away, but it’s not going to be in time to save the guy. This must be one of the hardest things for a dispatcher, who hears it all play out from both sides.
The coworker may struggle with this loss. It could be a new coworker. And so, Grace is the one with the experience. However, Judd also has a lot of experience in handling this sort of loss, and it sounds like he shares more than Grace was planning on doing when it came to some sort of loss.
