We knew Antonia Thomas was returning for two episodes of The Good Doctor Season 5. Of course it was going to be the last two episodes of the season, and it all starts tonight.
Claire is back, and it looks like she’s jumping straight back to where she belongs. She’ll join Shaun on a case at the hospital. Is this a sign that she’ll return for good in The Good Doctor Season 6?
This case is one that may bring up nurse Villanueva’s unprofessional behavior. There are going to be some complications with a case, which Dr. Lim is going to notice. This case could lead to a fatal mistake, and Lim is not going to go easy on anyone involved in medical wrongdoings.
Lea gets into wedding planning in The Good Doctor Season 5, Episode 17
Of course, we’re continuing the storyline of Shaun and Lea’s wedding. Despite everything that happened in the previous episode, the show must go on. Sophie is going to take Lea out on a day of wedding planning.
Judging by the photos, it’s possible that it’s all going to end with the wedding of the season. I did expect the wedding to be held until the finale, but I guess it depends on what’s to come then. Looking ahead at the synopsis for the finale, Lea and Shaun will make a big life decision. With the title of the episode “Sons,” is it possible there is going to be talk of starting a family?
