Synopsis:
The beloved superhero Kamala Khan aka Ms. Marvel, gets a live-action adaptation in this Disney+ original series. If you’re unfamiliar with the character, she’s a Muslim American teen from Jersey City who’s obsessed with superheroes.
Kamala’s your quintessential nerd. From video games to fanfic, she lets her nerd flag fly high. She’s also got a supersized imagination and is basically Captain Marvel’s biggest fan. And, though she fantasized about becoming a hero in her own right, she never thought that would be a possibility until suddenly she has superpowers.
To be honest, it kind of makes up for the way she doesn’t feel like she fits in at school or even in her own family but that doesn’t mean that her problems have all been wiped away. No, in fact, life is about to get even more complicated.
