Evil season 3 is here! The next installment in this already horrifying ride is set to shake-up viewers even more as the battle between good and…well, evil, kicks up another notch.
For seasons we’ve watched David, Kristen, and Ben face-off against the worst of the worst and try to explain what’s considered to be the unexplainable. Evil has always been a show that attempts to balance the supernatural and science, leaving it up the audience to decide whether what’s unfolding onscreen is actually spiritual, humanity at its worst, simply an act of nature, or an oddity.
This season, we’ll be launched back into the thick of things in the aftermath of the kiss that Kristen and David shared. Their attraction has been taboo from the very beginning for more than one reason. Be it marriage or now David’s recent ordainment, they’re not a good idea. But feelings are inconvenient in their persistent nature and neither rhyme nor reason has ever made desire go away.
Meanwhile, their colleague Ben is fraying at the edges. Their work with the Catholic church, has tested his resolve, his atheism, and even his mind. For him, things aren’t only tense, reality around him is fracturing. He’s holding on as best he can, but with each unsolved case, his grip on reality is slipping. Ben will need his sister if he has any hope of overcoming his own demons.
