NBC’s hit sports entertainment reality show, American Ninja Warrior, is back for season 14. The new season brought back some of the most elite athletes in the country onto the world’s most difficult obstacle course on June 6.

Hosts Matt Iseman, Akbar Gbajabiamila and Zuri Hall are also back this year to call the early-round action that features three rounds of competition and a field of over 400 competitors, according to NBC Insider. These will take place in San Antonio and Los Angeles, before the national finals in Las Vegas.

This year the show also sees the return of the lowered age requirement, which was introduced last season. Competitors as young as 15 years old join other athletes in the bid to win the top prize of $1 million.

The adrenaline-rushing series is a thriller for audiences, and a real fan-favorite produced by the network. Of course the competitors’ hearts are racing, but the same is definitely happening for us at home! So what time can you catch new episodes?
