Disney+ continues to be one of the most impressive streaming services out there. The platform has given us some solid original content since the beginning.

For summer  2022 though, Disney+ has really been shaking things up. In particular, the streaming service has given us lots of shows to obsess over including Obi-Wan Kenobi, Moon Knight, and Baymax to name a few.

Week in and week out, Disney keeps upping the stakes and adding a plethora of content. It feels like no matter what your interest is, Disney+ seems to either add something you’ll enjoy or surprise you with what’s coming up next so let’s not waste any more time.

Let’s break down the Disney+ releases from July 2nd until July 8th.

These are the newest Disney+ additions for the first full week of July.

Of course, Disney wasn’t going to play around, especially with a holiday at the very beginning of this week. Even so, there were plenty of new additions you might have missed out on so let’s break it down.

  • America the Beautiful (July 4)
  • Ms. Marvel, episode 5 (July 6)
  • PJ Masks, season 5 [8 episodes] (July 6)
  • The Wonderful Summer of Mickey Mouse (July 8)
  • Marvel Studios Assembled: The Making of Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness (July 8)

As you can see, there was one small change from last week which is that the Marvel Studios Assembled special focus on Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness was pushed back. If you were looking forward to it, you can finally check it out. Even if you weren’t, the other additions for this week were pretty solid with The Wonderful Summer of Mickey Mouse finally coming out and the next episode of Ms. Marvel.

Regardless of what you’re in the mood for, you should be able to find something to enjoy on Disney+ and if you can’t, then there’s always next week.
