Fans of AHS have been anticipating the arrival of season 11. And while American Horror Stories season 2 on Hulu has been keeping us entertained, nothing beats the original series! Luckily, it’ll arrive in a couple of short months. Unfortunately, it will do so without one of its biggest stars.

Will Sarah Paulson be in American Horror Story season 11?

Sarah Paulson was recently nominated for an Emmy for her work as Linda Tripp in Impeachment: American Crime Story. There’s no denying Paulson’s talent, no matter what role she tackles. However, Paulson shines the brightest when she’s a scream queen in the FX hit series American Horror StoryThis is why we were sad to learn that the actress will not appear in season 11. In fact, she isn’t sure what her AHS future holds.

In an interview with Variety, Paulson shared that “Momma’s tired!,” commenting that, while she’s open to returning to AHSshe is enjoying a break at the moment. “Let someone else scream and run and cry for a second,” she said, “people might start getting sick of me in that world.” Oh, Miss Paulson, never that!

This wouldn’t be the first season Sarah Paulson skips, the source reminds us that the actress also sad out AHS: 1984.

The official cast list for the upcoming season is not known. We are all waiting to learn if Evan Peters and Kathy Bates, two series favorites, will return. We would also love to see Adina Porter, Leslie Grossman, Lily Rabe, Cody Fern, Finn Wittrock, Billie Lourd, and…well, just about everybody! As soon as we have more details on a release date and more, we’ll update this post! Stay tuned.
