Is Monday Night Football on ABC tonight? (Sept. 19, 2022)

Last Monday night, ABC kicked off the new NFL season with a special presentation of Monday Night Football. 

It was a welcome surprise for fans who have grown used to having to turn to ESPN for Monday night games and it was definitely a great game for viewers tuning in.

After being traded to the Denver Broncos in the offseason, Russell Wilson was hoping to lead his team to a win against his former team, the Seattle Seahawks. Unfortunately for him, he couldn’t get the job done as the Seahawks pulled out the win in the final minutes of the game.

Following last week’s special presentation of Monday Night Football fans are eager to know if they can enjoy another NFL game on ABC this evening, so can fans enjoy another Monday Night Football game on ABC tonight?

Monday Night Football ABC game (Sept. 19, 2022)

Fans hoping to enjoy some Monday Night Football on ABC are in luck! There will indeed be another NFL game coming fans’ way this Monday night on ABC, but there is a major twist fans should be aware of.

This week, there will be two Monday night games and the coverage will be split between ABC and ESPN. ESPN will be airing the first game of the night between the Tennessee Titans and Buffalo Bills which kicks off at 7:15 pm EST, while ABC will be showing the matchup between the Minnesota Vikings and Philadelphia Eagles when it kicks off at 8:30 pm EST.

So if you’re a Titans or Bills fan, you’ll want to head to ESPN for coverage of your game, while Vikings and Eagles fans can head to ABC for coverage of their Week 2 game.
