Get ready to go a cappella once again as the Pitch Perfect franchise goes from the big screens to the streaming world in new Peacock series, Pitch Perfect: Bumper in Berlin! For the first time, the musical comedy universe is going to be portrayed as a television show.

Adam Devine is reprising his role as Bumper Allen, the vocal villain we all love to loathe. Joining the actor onscreen are Sarah Hyland as Heidi, Flula Borg as Pieter Krämer, Jameela Jamil as Gisela, and Lera Abova as DJ Das Boot.

Devine also executive produces the comedy series alongside Elizabeth Banks, who played Gail in the films, Max Handelman, Paul Brooks, Scott Neimeyer, and Megan Amram.

What is the series Pitch Perfect: Bumper in Berlin about?

The new series is set several years after we last saw Bumper in Pitch Perfect. The main antagonist makes his way to Germany to revive his music career when one of his songs becomes a big hit in Berlin. Will he find the success he’s looking for? We’ll find out soon!

Pitch Perfect: Bumper in Berlin premieres Wednesday, Nov. 23 on Peacock. The three films, inspired by the book of the same name by Mickey Rapkin, in the franchise have collectively grossed nearly $600 million at the worldwide box office.
