Is Black Adam going to stream on HBO Max?

If you love superhero (or, in this case, antihero) movies as much as we do, then you’re probably dying to watch Black Adam!

The 2022 title has been on everyone’s radar as of late, not only because it stars the one, the only Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, but also because it tells the story of a DC superhero many have been waiting patiently to see on the big screen. That’s right, the all-powerful superhuman from Kahndaq—Black Adam.

Now that you’re all revved up to see this title, we suggest that you hurry over to your local movie theater to get your butt in those front-row seats as soon as possible. Will Black Adam stream on HBO Max?

As this action-packed film was made under Warner Bros. Discovery, audiences can, indeed, expect this film to eventually make its way over to HBO Max after its theatrical release!

You’ll have to be a tad patient since the film isn’t going to stream on HBO Max on the same weekend. But, luckily for you, the release is much sooner than you think!

When will Black Adam release on HBO Max?

Update, Dec. 9 – According to HBO Max, the movie will release on the streamer Friday, Dec. 16.

We got some great news for DC fans everywhere! According to Decider, Black Adam is expected to release about 45 days or so after its theatrical release (Oct. 21), meaning you’ll most likely get to see this electrifying movie before the year is over.

Still, as release dates (and streaming licenses) are always changing, the HBO Max release date may be pushed further or closer, so stay tuned for additional announcements.
