Love is a huge component of Bob’s Burgers. A lot of us associate that with Bob and Linda.

However, the three Belcher siblings have all been bitten by the lovebug. For Tina, it’s always been, Jimmy Junior. As for Gene, he’s had something with Courtney and even, a crush on a lunch lady. As for Louise, she hasn’t really shown any interest although I’m sure a lot of us picture her with Regular-Sized Rudy.

Of all the siblings though, Tina is always either worried about Jimmy Junior and her crush on him or finding another flavor of the week. Considering that she’s a teenager, this should come as no surprise. Plus it makes sense why the show decides to use it a lot.

However, if you aren’t caught up yet, there will be spoilers from Bob’s Burgers episode, “So You Stink You Can Dance.” This is your spoiler warning.

Here’s what happened on Bob’s Burgers episode, “So You Stink You Can Dance.”

The episode starts off with Jimmy Junior talking about going to a dance seminar during lunch with the Belchers. JJ talks about how people are allowed to watch and Tina is officially in. As for everyone aside from Bob, they end up deciding to go out on Teddy’s friends’ boats with him to look for homerun baseballs in the water but Bob and Linda have to switch off.

The seminar begins with the teacher criticizing all of the students but especially Jimmy Junior and meanwhile, everyone aside from Linda goes out on the boat. As the seminar continues, Jimmy Junior keeps being criticized while the rest of the Belchers and Teddy don’t end up with a home run ball. While at the seminar, Zeke explains to Tina that the teacher ended up killing his cousin’s dream of being a professional dancer and they try to tell him but he leaves before they can.

The following day, Linda is going out on the boat with everyone else while Bob is stuck at the restaurant, sunburnt, and Tina goes to the seminar. She tries to stop Jimmy Junior until Leslie and Zeke show up to try and stop him, too. In the first inning, Louise ends up getting a homerun ball while Bob is listening to the game on the radio and getting frustrated.

During Jimmy Junior’s critique, Tina tries to stop it so she and Zeke team up to try and make him feel better while Bob decides to meet up with everyone else and gets a homerun ball. The episode ends with Jimmy Junior getting his critique and Tina explaining that maybe Jimmy Junior is meant to be a front-row dancer and how he inspires her.

“So You Stink You Can Dance” gave us an iconic tag-team effort

There have been a number of iconic duos featured on Bob’s Burgers. However, we rarely see Tina and Zeke tag-team an issue together. I’m pretty sure the last time we saw that was the mad pooper episode but somehow, “So You Stink You Can Dance” gave us incredible moments for both Tina and Zeke.

While Jimmy Junior can be questionable at times, it’s clear Tina cares about him and it’s obvious Zeke does. However, watching these two work together and brainstorm ideas so his spirit won’t be crushed was so cute. In addition to that, the two played off each other so well. While their ideas didn’t work during the majority of the episode, they never gave up.

If anything, I feel like “So You Stink You Can Dance” made me want even more episodes where Tina and Zeke tag-team an issue or just work together on something. While I haven’t always loved Zeke as a character, this episode really redeemed him for me and it’s just nice to see Tina hanging out with someone who actually wants to be around her. As for the rest of the family, things felt a bit predictable, but it was nice to see Bob finally get a win in the end.
