Unfortunately, Wild Crime is far from fictional. The show is actually a docuseries that was created through a collaboration between Hulu and ABC News. The episodes consist of interviews with the Special Agents in charge, friends and family of the victims, and journalists.

Season 1, which had a total of four episodes, tells the story of Toni Henthorn who was murdered at the Rocky Mountains. On an anniversary trip with her husband, she allegedly falls from a cliff. That’s what her husband told law enforcement. But her fall wasn’t really an accident.

The second season gives viewers another set of four episodes, and dives into the 40-year-old cold case of a young woman who was in her twenties. As a man and his son are walking through Yosemite National Park, they find a hand which may lead investigators to figuring out what really happened.

Both seasons of Wild Crime are now streaming on Hulu.
