911 Lone Star Season 4 lands premiere date: 911 spin-off is changing nights
Get ready for the 126 to come to us on a new night. The FOX January schedule is out and that includes 911 Lone Star Season 4 airing on Tuesdays.
Color me unimpressed with FOX’s decision. 911 Lone Star Season 4 is premiering in January, but not as early as expected. Nor is it coming back on the usual night. TVLine shares the midseason lineup for the network, and there is a lot of change coming.
911 Lone Star Season 4 will air on Tuesdays. Yes, there are a lot of questions about this decision, and The Resident fans are not going to be happy about the news. The Texas-set series is going to take over the medical drama’s timeslot for a bit, and it’s not clear what’s going on with The Resident.
When will 911 Lone Star Season 4 premiere on FOX?
We’re not going to see the first responder drama back on Mondays at the beginning of the year. Instead, FOX is moving the show to Tuesdays. The 911 Lone Star Season 4 premiere will air on Tuesday, Jan. 17. It will air at 8 p.m. ET/PT, kicking off Tuesday nights. Episodes of Accused will air in the hour slot afterward starting a week later (after a one-off Sunday episode).
It looks like FOX is trying to give Tuesday nights a bit of push. After all, fans are going to tune in for the first responder drama.
Does this mean 911 Season 6 will be back in the new year? We’re sad to say that isn’t the case. Instead, Fantasy Island Season 2 will air on Mondays to start the week. We’re likely to see the 118 back in March as usual. Hopefully, the 126 will move back to Mondays then to have both teams back-to-back.
