The countdown to Christmas is on!

The Christmas season is the most wonderful time of the year. It’s all about spending as much time with our families as we can. Speaking of family, what better way to get in the holiday spirit than by watching a Christmas movie with loved ones?

1. Arthur Christmas

Did you know that Santa had a son named Arthur? His name is Arthur Claus, and he works in the mail room sorting the letters Santa receives at the North Pole. Despite his clumsiness, Arthur has a good heart, and it’s on full display when he risks it all to deliver a present to the one child that Santa mistakenly forgot about.

2. It’s A Wonderful Life

To learn about the true meaning of Christmas, look no further than It’s A Wonderful Life. On Christmas Eve in 1945, a depressed George Bailey is visited by a guardian angel named Clarence. Through flashbacks, George visits various moments from his life, slowly realizing that his life isn’t so bad. It’s a pretty great life that’s worth living. It’s an all-time classic that must be watched during the holidays.

3. Miracle on 34th Street (1947)

What if the real Santa worked at a department store? Would you believe it? In Miracle on 34th Street, Kris Kringle (the real Santa) fills in for an intoxicated Santa during Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade. Kris then works at Macy’s during the holiday season. However, when he starts to inform people that he’s the real Santa, it leads to a court case that challenges his identity.

4. Scrooged

Scrooged is a modern-day interpretation of Charles Dickens’s famous book, A Christmas Carol. Bill Murray stars as Frank Cross, a selfish television executive who is visited by the Ghost of Christmas Past, Present, and Future. Will Cross realize he needs to change his ways before it’s too late?
