  • This will not be a new episode, a rerun.
  • Hosts Mario Lopez, Kit Hoover, and Scott Evans bring viewers celebrity interviews and entertainment news stories.
• 8 p.m. ET – A Toast to 2022! 
  • A look back at the biggest and buzziest moments of 2022.
• 10 p.m. ET – NBC 5 News at 10pm
  • The latest local news, weather, and investigative stories.
• 10:30 p.m. ET – Miley’s New Year’s Eve Party
  • Miley Cyrus and Dolly Parton will co-host the two-hour event live in Miami.
  • Musical performers and celebrity guests include Sia, FLETCHER, Latto, Liily, Rae Sremmurd, Chloe Fineman, Sarah Sherman, and comedy trio Please Don’t Destroy.
• 11:30 p.m. Saturday Night Live
  • This will not be a new episode of SNL.
  • The Dec. 31, 2022 episode of SNL will be a rerun, most likely the final episode of the year that premiered Dec. 17, 2022 with host Austin Butler and musical guest Lizzo.
