Who won Pressure Cooker on Netflix?

Pressure Cooker, the latest cooking competition to hit Netflix, premiered Friday, Jan. 6 on the streamer. The series, which pits 11 talented chefs against each other in a culinary clash to win $100,000, is set apart by its structure. This isn’t a show with a host and celebrity food industry judges. The contestants must judge each other and form alliances to stay in the competition.
Over the course of eight episodes, each chef had to decide how they wanted to play the game. Would they judge based on skills and the best plate of every challenge or would they aim to take out their best competitors to weaken the playing field and make it easier for themselves to get to the finale? To say tensions ran high every episode would be an understatement. Bonds were tested throughout this first season and betrayal was doled out more than once.
By the end, who prevailed over the others? Here’s what we know!
Who won Pressure Cooker?
The final cook-off was between Mike, the fine dining private chef whose innovation and sharp eye to detail carried him far in Pressure Cooker, and Robbie, his more rustic, soulful opponent who prioritizes flavor without sacrificing execution and precision.
These two chefs played the competition straight forward, choosing to play the game honestly by centering skill and taste in their decisions to send fellow competitors home. In their last challenge, they had to create a four course meal that epitomized who they are as chefs for the nine contestants who’d been eliminated.
Ultimately, Robbie won 5 out of 9 chefs over with his food. For some the choice came down to what they’d want to eat again while others did factor that into their decision as well but also the caliber of chef and restaurant owner that Robbie is. Mike was praised for his out of the box thinking, his technical skill, and his beautiful plating, but it wasn’t enough to secure the win.
