What time is Walker Independence on The CW tonight? (Jan. 12, 2023)

Walker Independence returns tonight on The CW after taking a break back in Nov. 2022. The midseason finale was a captivating and heartbreaking episode. Calian was made to stand trial for a murder that he didn’t commit but that the town of Independence was willing to convict him for regardless.

In the end, it took Abby’s counsel, Gus standing up for him, Hoyt getting to the truth of what happened to Francis Reyes, and Tom intervening with Calian’s hanging, for the man to be set free. This event saw Calian choosing to leave town for the time being though we doubt he’ll be gone for too long.

Fans of the series have been waiting for the show to resume airing new episodes. When do you need to be sitting down to tune into episode 8? Here’s what we know!

What time is Walker Independence on tonight?

“The Death of Mary Collins” premieres Thursday, Jan. 12, 2023 at 9 p.m. ET on The CW after Walker‘s midseason debut. If you miss the episode, you’ll be able to stream it on Friday through cwtv.com or the CW App. The service is free, you don’t need a log-in, authentication, or a subscription to use it.

The official synopsis:

"Abby finds her secret identity in jeopardy when an estranged family member arrives in town and demands Tom’s help finding Liam Collins’ missing wife. A restless Hoyt reconnects with his outlaw roots, Kai contemplates his future as his past begins to catch up with him, and Calian receives a dire warning from a mysterious woman that may drive him back to Independence."

As the summary shows, Tom, who’d been bleeding out and pleading for Abby’s help in the midseason finale, survived the knife wound he’d sustained. We’re eager to find out whether or not Abby assisted him or someone else rushed into the room to provide medical care.

Also, Abby’s sister is coming to town. Our heroine had mentioned her as well as the fact that they aren’t on the best of terms and it looks like she’ll be creating a mess when she arrives. Walker Independence has been fast-paced since its start and it doesn’t look to be slowing down anytime soon.
