When do Scream 6 movie tickets go on sale?

One of the most anticipated horror-thrillers of the year is only a couple of months away from slashing into theaters. To say we’re excited about Scream 6 here at Hidden Remote is an understatement. A trailer is dropping soon, does this mean Scream 6 movie tickets go on sale soon?

The Twitter accounts of Paramount Pictures and the official account for the Scream movie gave fans a heads up that the first movie trailer would be released on Thursday, Jan. 19. Not much is revealed in the mini teaser at all. The teaser is quick, featuring only the characters Sam and Tara (Melissa Barrera and Jenna Ortega, respectively). They appear to be at a convenience store and are hiding from Ghostface. The killer turns around as if he knows where the two are. It’s a very quick teaser, but did you catch that huge detail? Ghostface has traded his knife, for a gun!

Now, I don’t know how to feel about that. Ghostface and knives are the preferred combo, so I need to see what that’s all about. Needless to say, this teaser is certainly enough to get Scream fans all excited about the Scream 6 movie!

The sixth film in the long-running horror satire franchise sees Sam and Tara, alongside the twins Chad and Mindy Meeks, leave Woodsboro behind to start new lives in New York City. Of course, that doesn’t last long.

We also know that the new film will be set at the fictional Blackmore University, and that Scream 4 fan-favourite Kirby Reed (played by Hayden Panettiere) will be returning.

When do Scream 6 movie tickets go on sale?

As of early February, tickets for Scream 6 are now on sale! You can purchase tickets from sites like Fandango, Regal, AMC, or whatever site you use to buy your regular movie tickets. The movie comes out on March 10, 2023.

The sixth movie in the Scream franchise will follow Sam and Tara, who have moved out of Woodsboro in search of a peaceful life. Unfortunately, that is very short lived.
