When you know a “damn good surgeon,” you turn to them when it comes to a tricky medical case, right? That’s what happens in The Good Doctor tonight.

St. Bonaventure Hospital is going to get a very special patient, and it all comes thanks to the return of a former doctor at the hospital. Dr. Jared Kalu is back. Yes, Chuku Modu is returning to the series for the episode. Could he return for more episodes in the future? I guess we’ll have to wait and see how things play out here.

Since being fired from the hospital, Jared has started working as a doctor for one particular man. This billionaire patient needs life-saving surgery, and Jared is turning to the one person he knows can do the job. He is heading back to the hospital for Shaun, and Shaun is clearly happy to see his old friend back.

Meanwhile, Dr. Alex Park has a surgery that I just can’t imagine having to do, and not because it’s surgery. His wife’s affair partner comes in looking for help, and Park will need to put his own feelings aside to help the man. That’s not going to be easy. The synopsis tells us that Park needs to find forgiveness, but I’m not sure about that. Just treat him and move on.

When do new episodes of The Good Doctor air?

The series will air at the usual time of 10 p.m. ET/PT tonight, Monday, March 6. It’s straight after a new episode of The Bachelor, as usual.

If you happen to miss the episode, don’t worry too much. It will be on Hulu on Tuesday morning.
