Academy Award-winner Michelle Yeoh stars as Guanyin in the upcoming series. This character takes inspiration from one of East Asia’s Bodhisattva of the same name, meaning she is extremely graceful, divine, and compassionate.

Yeoh is joined by her fellow Everything Everywhere All At Once stars Ke Huy Quan and Stephanie Hsu, who play the roles of Freddy Wong and Shiji Niangniang, respectively.
