So Help Me Todd on CBS made its debut in September 2022. During the show’s first season, there have been lost of great guest stars making an appearance. And in tonight’s episode on March 30, 2023, the legal drama is seeing an exciting one. And that’s Briga Heelan!

What’s exciting about the actress’ appearance is that she and the actor who plays the titular character, Skylar Astin, are actually reuniting onscreen! The two previously worked together on TBS comedy series Ground Floor, which was on air from 2013 to 2015. Not only did they work together, but they played love interests!

Their characters in the So Help Me Todd episode, “Twelve Worried Persons,” clearly also have sparks flying in the exclusive sneak peek shared by TVLine. Head on over to the site to watch it! Episode 16 airs tonight at 9 p.m. ET on the network.

Heelan plays Amy, a juror on a trial Margaret and Todd are working, who is also the suspected murderer, per the synopsis. The mother-son team will be trying to exonerate her, and they actually already know each other from high school.

Who plays Amy on So Help Me Todd? (Where you know Briga Heelan from)

Heelan is an actress and comedian. The 35-year-old star is known for her roles as Amanda Clark in Jane by Design, Holly on Cougar Town, Nicki on NBC sitcom Undateable, and Samantha Turner on CBS sitcom B Positive.

As mentioned above, the talent also starred as Jenny Miller in Ground Floor with Astin. And though they played love interests onscreen, it’s actually another co-star from the show, actor Rene Gube, she marries in real-life! The couple tied the knot in May 2015 and have one daughter.

So Help Me Todd airs new episodes Thursday nights on CBS. Episodes are also available to stream the next day on Paramount+.
