Still picking your jaws up from the floor after the latest episode of Showtime’s Yellowjackets? The season 2 premiere episode was literally just a small bite of the big shocker waiting for us in episode 2, “Edible Complex.” But we’re not here to chat about that, are you kidding? We need a breather! Instead, let’s get into the Yellowjackets soundtrack. Did you miss any of the songs that played in Yellowjackets season 2 episode 2 ? We share the song list.

It’s usually the premiere episode of any series that has the most and biggest songs. I’m still jamming from last week’s soundtrack! But even though episode 2, titled “Edible Complex,” doesn’t feature as many hits as its season opener, what we do hear is worth joining our playlist.

No spoilers! If you have not watched the latest episode of Yellowjackets, please note there are no spoilers ahead. Do watch the episode as soon as you can, though, so you don’t bump into spoilers online.

Yellowjackets soundtrack: Season 2 episode 2 song list

  • “No Return” by Craig Wedren and Anna Warner
  • “Inertia Creeps” Massive Attack
  • “Join Hands/With the Angels” by Craig Wedren, Anna Waronker, and Theodore Shapiro
  • “Climbing Up the Walls” by Radiohead

“Inertia Creeps” by Massive Attack is a great choice for the scene. And of course, we have to include the jam “No Return,” a classic and one of the best TV themes of all time. “Join Hands/With the Angels” is part of the series original score, but still a creepy tune worth adding. My favorite, though, is “Climbing Up the Walls,” it suits the moment perfectly and helps send chills down your spine.

Which of these songs from the Yellowjackets soundtrack will you be adding to your playlist? Now, if you’ll excuse me…Alexa, shuffle my Yellowjackets playlist!

Yellowjackets season 2 episode 3, titled “Old Wounds,” streams on Friday, April 7, and airs on Showtime Sunday, April 9.
