Class of ’09 cast: Who’s in the new series?
By Sabrina Reed
Class of ’09 has made its premiere on Hulu! The FX series, starring Brian Tyree Henry and Kate Mara, is a limited series that focuses on an FBI class who’d attended Quantico together. Taking place in three separate timelines, the show takes viewers through a thrilling exploration of how artificial intelligence transforms the justice system.
Given the premise, the main cast is comprised of law enforcement officials dealing with the changes that A.I. provides and how that shapes the way crime is investigated. As for the case that they’re all involved in, they’re brought back together by the death of one of their classmates. It’s possible that it was caused by A.I. interference.
Across eight episodes, the first two of which premiered on Wednesday, May 10, the show’s audience will be treated to an unraveling of the mysteries embedded in the plot. A new episode will release weekly until the finale concludes the series on June 21.
Aside from the storyline explained above, Class of ’09 will also delve into “the nature of justice, humanity, and the choices we make that ultimately define our lives and legacy,” according to Hulu.
