Fear the Walking Dead release schedule: When do new episodes come out?

Fear the Walking Dead has been going strong for seven seasons and soon, we will be seeing the final part of the zombie apocalypse for season eight. In addition to the final season airing, the episodes will be broken up into two parts, with half of the episodes airing later in the year on AMC. What is the Fear the Walking Dead release schedule?

The eighth season will see the characters living under the rule of PADRE and trying their best to prepare for their new reality. According to the AMC website, “To reignite everyone’s belief in a better world, Morgan and Madison set out to rescue a now eight-year-old Mo from Padre.”

Fans of the series may remember that at the end of season 7, Madison (Kim Dickens) had met up with Morgan (Lennie James), whose daughter had been taken by PADRE, who was kidnapping children for unknown reasons. Madison and Morgan were on their way to rescue Mo and season 8 will see them on their journey.

Other returning cast members include Austin Amelio, Ruben Blades, Mo Colins, and Maggie Grace. By the time we get to season 8, seven years will have passed since the last time we saw the crew. One popular character we may not see is Alicia Clark, played by Alycia Debnam-Carey, who left the series last season.

However, you never know who may return, especially when its the final season!

When the final episodes begin airing, we will be able to watch one half of the season right away before waiting until later in 2023 to see the remaining episodes.

What is the Fear the Walking Dead release schedule?

New episodes will begin airing on AMC on Sunday, May 14. The episodes will also be available on AMC+. The first six episodes will be available through June. We will keep you updated on when the final remaining episodes are set to air!
