Barbecue Showdown season 2 cast: Host, judges, and chefs
Barbecue Showdown is back! The BBQ competition was a hit food series on Netflix after its premiere in 2020. It’s been three years since the show made its debut, but we’ve finally been returned to the pit with a brand new crew of barbecue whizzes vying for the top prize of $50,000 dollars and the champion title as a talented and skilled pitmaster.
Over the course of eight episodes, the contestants will be tested with challenges that’ll push their culinary know-how and abilities with fire. From preparing dishes with peppers as hot as the Carolina Reaper to a surf and turf challenge that requires them to cook a protein underground, this competition isn’t for the faint of heart.
The skill level in this competition is diverse as some of the contestants have decades of experience and have been barbecuing longer than some of their opponents have been alive, and others are new to barbecue but have a keen sense of taste, a strong understanding of what pairs well together, and a can-do attitude that allows them to take risks whilst still producing a quality meal.
Looking to know who is a part of this fiery series? Here is who features in the show from the host to the judges and the competitors.
