Season 10 sees the return of host Maya Jama, with Iain Stirling back as the narrator as well. The reality series features a group of single men and women known as the Islanders. Everyone lives in a villa together with the hopes of finding love. But of course there’s shocks, twists, and surprises that may effect the love that begins to blossom. In order to win the £50,000 prize, contestants have to win the hearts of someone in the group, as well as the public, to decide the reigning couple.

The new season has already made its debut! So what time do you need to tune in to catch new episodes? We’ve got the answer for you below!

What time does Love Island UK release new episodes?

Love Island UK release new episodes at 9 p.m. BST (British Summer Time) on ITV2 and ITVX. If you’re in the United Kingdom, you can watch episodes live on the channels, or by using the respective apps or websites the next day a new episode airs.

In the U.S., unfortunately the only way to watch is by using a VPN until a streaming service like Hulu adds the new season to its catalog. But that’s not going to happen for a while. If you don’t want to wait and are able to use a VPN, the release time would be 4 p.m. ET. We provided a breakdown of the release times below:
