The Walking Dead is about to expand even more into a new spin-off. But just who stars in The Walking Dead: Dead City, and who do they play?

For those living under a rock for the last decade and a half, The Walking Dead is based on the best-selling comic book where the world is overrun by a zombie uprising. For 11 seasons, fans watched the survivors battle not just the dead but other humans in a brutal fight for survival.

The show was a fantastic hit that spawned an equally successful spin-off, Fear the Walking Dead and The Walking Dead: World Beyond. Now comes Dead City as the show hits the Big Apple.

The series focuses on long-time fan-favorite character Maggie Greene who reluctantly hits the road with Negan, the (mostly) reformed former villain. There’s naturally tension between the pair, given Negan killed Maggie’s husband Glenn, but she’s willing to accept his help to find her missing son.

The quest takes them to the last place anyone in their right mind would want to go: New York City, which has now been completely overrun by the dead. Once inside, the pair discover there are battling societies of humans, and survival is even more dangerous.

It looks to be another exciting show, backed by a mix of returning faces and new actors.
