5 new Netflix movies and shows to watch this week (June 19)

Good morning, and Happy Monday to all of my readers out in the world. Like we do each and every week, we’re sharing all the new Netflix movies and shows debuting beginning the week of June 19, 2023.

I am still reeling from all of the new movies and shows that Netflix announced at Tudum 2023. I know we have an awesome second half of 2023 in store for us from the streaming giant and, of course, an even bigger awards season ahead. I am jumping on the Bradley Cooper Oscar-winner train right now. That said, Netflix is rolling out a little bit of a slow week, allowing us to catch up on some of their old goodies.

New Netflix movies and shows to watch this week

• Catching Killers season 3, June 23
• King of Clones (Documentary), June 23
• iNumber Number: Jozi Gold, June 23
• Through My Window: Across the Sea, June 23

Crime junkies can rejoice as the third season of Catching Killers is arriving this week. The show investigates the behind-the-scenes workings of infamous serial killers that reveal those haunting and chilling details of their lives. It’ll be interesting to see who they choose to tackle in season three, but I will be watching, that’s for sure.

The film that has my eye this week was King of Clones, a documentary feature that follows the life and work of Korean scientist Hwang Woo-suk, from his human cloning research to a scandalous downfall. I am always intrigued by the scientific perspective of human cloning and seeing what our future could look like.
