What time does What We Do in the Shadows air on FX?

The mockumentary genre is not everyone’s cup of tea, but it has been around since the 1930s. What We Do in the Shadows writers have used the genre perfectly, and it’s no surprise the show is returning for season 5. The TV series will return to FX on July 13, 2023.

The new season will bring back humor alongside the occasional guest stars. What We Do in the Shadows season 4 ended with Guillermo offering a bribe to another vampire to get turned into a vampire.

Expect Guillermo’s desire to turn into a vampire alongside his four friends from Staten Island: Nandor, Laszlo, Nadja, and Colin Robinson, to be the highlight of the season opener.

When are new episodes of What We Do in the Shadows season 5 on FX?

The horror comedy TV series will return to air on FX on July 13, 2023. Season 5 opener will feature two episodes, then the show will release a weekly episode at 10 p.m. ET. After the premiere on FX, the episodes will be added to Hulu’s streaming library the following day. Similar to previous installments, the new season will feature 10 episodes.

Is What We Do in the Shadows season 5 the last?

The series originally began airing in 2019. It has a phenomenal 8.6 rating on IMDb. The creators do not want the show to end just yet. With that said, the popular series will return for season 6.

As of now, there is no confirmed release date for the show, but viewers can expect it to air sometime in 2024. Hopefully, there will be an update regarding the release date when season 5 finishes airing.
