Last week on premiere day, July 18, 2023, we got two episodes of new series Justified: City Primeval on FX! The sequel to the 2010 show, Justified, has already proven to be a great addition and we’re so excited the network decided to bring it to life. In case you missed the debut of the first two episodes, what time does the drama air?

The miniseries stars Timothy Olyphant as Raylan Givens, reprising his role from the original show, Aunjanue Ellis as Carolyn Wilder, Vondie Curtis Hall as Sweety, Adelaide Clemens as Sandy, Marin Ireland as Maureen, Victor Williams as Wendell, Norbert Leo Butz as Norbert, and Boyd Holbrook as Clement Mansel (The Oklahoma Wildman).

What time does Justified: City Primeval air on FX?

Justified: City Primeval airs Tuesday nights at 10 p.m. ET on FX. The first two debuted on July 18, but going forward one new episode will be broadcast weekly. The finale of the eight-episode season is scheduled for Tuesday, Aug. 29, 2023 at 10 p.m. ET on FX. Episodes are also available to stream on Hulu the next day they air.

In episode 3 airing tonight, July 25, Raylan and the Detroit Police Department bring in some “promising suspects” which makes Carolyn mad, per the synopsis. Elsewhere in the episode titled “Backstabbers,” Mansell and Sandy set their eyes on the Albanian mark, while things with Willa “reach a breaking point.”

Overall, the story of the Neo-Western crime drama takes place 15 years after the events of the original series. Raylan is now a U.S. Marshal and sort-of father to a 15-year-old girl. His dangerous missions take lead him to a dangerous man named Clement Mansell, who’s trying to get out of going to prison with the help of his lawyer Carolyn.
