The sophomore season of Classroom of the Elite was everything we could ever ask for and so much more, as the anime’s latest season was filled with endless action, drama, and battles that definitely deserve an award or two.

Even though season 2 is still fresh on everyone’s minds, fans of the title are still itching for more, wondering when they’ll be able to see the third season of the anime. Fortunately, we have some updates that will certainly put a stop to your endless curiosity.

Classroom of the Elite season 3 release date

Save the date because Classroom of the Elite season 3 is reportedly scheduled to release as soon as January 2024. The original release date was scheduled for July 2023, but after some unforeseen circumstances, the date was pushed back. (Hopefully, it doesn’t get delayed even more!) With the release date being delayed, we assume the same has happened for the season 3 trailer, as we do not yet have one. Maybe one will be on the way sooner rather than later!

We expect the majority of the main cast to return to this installment since most of the characters are set to return. Here’s who you can expect:

Classroom of the Elite season 3 synopsis

As expected, season 3 will pick up from where season 2 left off. The students are still going neck and neck to be at the top of the totem pole, doing absolutely anything it takes to surpass their peers. Of course, at the center of it all is Ayanokouji Kiyotaka, a lone wolf with unimaginable power and great strength. But what purpose does he serve in this high school? And why exactly is he here? Perhaps we’ll get closer to this answer in season 3.
