Inside the NFL is back! The weekly sports show, which got its start in 1977, has been a go-to source of sports analysis for football fans for decades. After departing from HBO in 2008, the program’s enthusiasts have had to contend with the show being on the move. First it found a home at Showtime then it jumped to streaming by joining Paramount+’s roster and now it’s made its way back to primetime as an offering on The CW.

The network, which has seen plenty of transformation in its days, is in the middle of a programming pivot meant to bring in a broader audience. One way to do that is incorporating unscripted content focused on sports. That’s where Inside the NFL comes in. Football is a beloved past time in America and the professional football season takes over airwaves from September to February as households root for their favorite teams and hold out hope for a Super Bowl victory.

With Inside the NFL, viewers can anticipate breakdowns of unseen highlights from week-to-week as the show’s host, Ryan Clark, and a quartet of analysts–Channing Crowder, Jay Cutler, Chad Johnson, and Chris Long–dissect the week’s exciting matchups and provide “unfiltered commentary” as they do it. You can expect exclusive NFL Films “mic’d up sounds” as well giving viewers an inside look into what’s happening on field and on the sidelines.

Here’s everything you need to know about the program.
