New Disney+ movies and shows to stream this week (Sept. 11-15, 2023)

September has been an amazing month for Disney+ subscribers and it doesn’t seem like the fun’s going to end.

If anything, the middle of the month proves that the fun won’t be ending. That’s why we’re looking at what’s coming down the pipeline this week on Disney+ to help you plan for the weekend or just give you something to look forward to.

Whether you’re a long-time subscriber or are trying to decide if you should, September is the ultimate test. There are plenty of recent Disney movies coming to the platform along with the shows and movies featuring beloved characters.

Even if you’re not the biggest fan of some of the Disney properties, there is a mixed bag that will be sure to please Disney and non-Disney fans alike.

New on Disney+ (Sept. 11-Sept. 15)

In writing up these posts, I can usually guess what Disney is going to release but September has been a massive curveball, and frankly, it doesn’t seem like it’s going to end so let’s get into this week’s releases.

  • Elemental (Sept. 13)
  • Good Chemistry: The Story of Elemental (Sept. 13)
  • Miraculous: The Tale of Ladybug & Cat Noir season 5 episodes (Sept. 13)
  • Raven’s Home season 6 episodes (Sept. 13)
  • Marvel’s Spidey and his Amazing Friends season 2 episodes (Sept.13)
  • Marvel Studios’ Assembled: The Making of the Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 (Sept. 13)
  • Star Wars: Ahsoka episode 5 (Sept. 13)
  • Animals Up Close with Bertie Gregory (Sept. 13)
  • Lang Lang Plays Disney (Sept. 15)

Finally, we’re able to stream Elemental at home and Disney+ is even adding the story of Elemental which sounds fun. As with the previous weeks, there is a new episode of Ahsoka and a few Disney shows getting new episodes added like Raven’s Home and Marvel’s Spidey and his Amazing Friends. There are so many great releases headed to Disney+ this week!
