The Miami Dolphins have won two Super Bowls in the team’s history, however, they haven’t appeared in the big game in quite a long time. The Florida team last appeared in a Super Bowl in 1973, where they won against the Minnesota Vikings 24-7. Their previous appearance came a year before that in 1972, where they won the title against the Washington Commanders (then the Washington Redskins) 14-7. The consecutive titles are no doubt impressive, but Dolphins fans hoping they can make it that far again sometime soon.

When was the last time the Patriots went to the Super Bowl?

As for the Patriots, they’ve been much more successful in the NFL in recent years. They’ve appeared in 11 total Super Bowl games and have won a whopping six of them. This puts them in a tie with the Pittsburgh Steelers as the NFL teams with the most Super Bowl wins. The Patriots’ last appearance in the big game came in 2018 when they won against the Los Angeles Rams 13-3.
