We’re starting to really get into the NFL season, football fans! How are your fantasy teams shaping up so far? If you’re an avid football fan or just love betting on the various games, we know you’re likely glued to your TV all weekend. And we get it! Many Americans would argue that there’s simply nothing better than watching NFL while snacking on some good food and drinking a cold one. As the temperatures start to cool down, what else is there to do but watch sports from the comfort of your own home?

It’s officially the fall season now, so as many people across the country are getting ready to go pumpkin picking and figuring out their Halloween costumes, sports fans are devouring the current NFL season. If you’re one of the millions following the season so far, you’ll need to know the schedule for tonight’s coveted game, a.k.a. who is playing Sunday Night Football this evening.

Let’s get into which two teams will face off in Sunday Night Football tonight, along with how you can watch.

Who plays Sunday Night Football tonight, September 24?

  • Matchup: Pittsburgh Steelers vs. Las Vegas Raiders
  • Location: Allegiant Stadium in Paradise, Nevada

It should definitely be an interesting game to see newbie Kenny Pickett go up against veteran Jimmy Garoppolo as the Steelers play the Raiders tonight. They’ll be playing at the Raiders’ home stadium. But though the Raiders might have the more experienced QB, they didn’t have a great game last weekend when losing to the Buffalo Bills 38-10. Yikes. Fingers crossed for any Raiders fans that the score is a bit closer this time around!

What time is Sunday Night Football on tonight?

  • Date: Sunday, Sept. 24, 2023
  • Time: 8:20 p.m. ET

Of course, you can expect Sunday Night Football to begin on the same night of the week and at the same time this evening. While NFL games can sometimes push back other broadcasts, for example, new episodes of reality and scripted shows that air after, we can usually count on Sunday Night Football games to begin on time.

What channel is Sunday Night Football on tonight?

  • Game: Pittsburgh Steelers vs. Las Vegas Raiders
  • TV Channel: NBC
  • Where to Stream: Peacock
  • Announcers: Mike Tirico and Cris Collinsworth

NBC is the home to Sunday Night Football again this year, which is pretty convenient. If you have cable, then you should have access to the broadcast channel. It should be one of the first channels, close to CBS, FOX, and ABC. If you don’t have cable, that’s no problem. Let’s break down how to watch Sunday Night Football live without cable.

NFL live stream for Pittsburgh Steelers vs. Las Vegas Raiders

Because NBC has its own streaming service, NFL fans can easily watch Sunday Night Football games, including tonight’s Steelers vs. Raiders game, through Peacock. If you’re not subscribed, you can sign up for Peacock with the link here, with pricing varying from $5.99 to $11.99 a month. Both plans offer live sports and events.

If you don’t want to sign up for another streaming service (we don’t blame you!) but are subscribed to a live TV platform, such as FuboTV, YouTube TV, Sling TV, or Hulu + Live TV, you can also watch Sunday Night Football on there by just turning to the NBC channel.

We’d highly recommend subscribing to either Peacock or a live TV platform that offers NBC if you’re planning on watching Sunday Night Football all season long. It’s just the easiest way to do so!
