Week 4 of the NFL season has proven to be yet another amazing week with some of the most intense and close games we’ve seen all season!

On Sunday, we got the chance to see several division games play out leading to some incredibly close games decided by one score. We also got a pair of amazing overtime games which saw the action drawn out over an additional quarter of play with the Philadelphia Eagles narrowly defeating their division rivals the Washington Commanders in overtime, while the LA Rams edged out the Indianapolis Colts in overtime.

Tonight, Week 4 of the NFL season comes to a close with Monday Night Football which will see the Seattle Seahawks and New York Giants facing off in primetime. That’s right, there is just one NFL game coming our way this evening! While the NFL has been bringing us a pair of double-headers over the last several weeks, this evening will just feature one Monday night game with the Seahawks and Giants taking center stage.

Truthfully, it’s going to be interesting to see how much action the game brings as the Seahawks and Giants have exactly been the most electric teams this season. However, primetime is able to bring out the best in teams so perhaps we’ll get to see the two light things up on the field this evening!

What time is Monday Night Football on tonight?  (October 2)

Seahawks at Giants start time

  • Time: 8:15 p.m. ET
  • TV Channel: ABC and ESPN
  • Announcers:  Joe Buck, Troy Aikman, and Lisa Salters

Tonight’s Seahawks and Giants game will kick off at 8:15 p.m. ET and be airing on ABC, ESPN and on ESPN+. If you don’t have access to ABC or ESPN via your cable provider and don’t subscribe to ESPN+, you can also stream the game live via fuboTV as well as other streaming plans that offer the ability to watch ABC live including Hulu+ Live TV, DIRECTV STREAM, and Sling TV!

This is the first week since Week 1 in which there is only one Monday Night Football game airing in primetime which is actually a bit of a relief. While the doubleheaders were fun, the games overlapped making it hard to watch both games at once, thus forcing us to pick between the two games.

With just the one Monday Night Football game tonight, we can all enjoy the Seahawks and Giants game without having to juggle another game.

It’s going to be interesting to see how the game goes this evening. Both teams have been struggling on offense this season, but have show some true promise in recent weeks which have fans hopeful that they might turn things around before the season slips out of their hands. The Seahawks are currently 2-1, while the Giants are 1-2 meaning both teams will be looking to improve upon their rankings with a win tonight.

Given they both happen to be in competitive divisions with two of the only teams in the leagues with undefeated records, every win will be crucial in setting the teams up for the postseason. Will tonight be a shootout or a blowout? We’re not quite sure, but what we know is that we should be in for an interesting game.
