Celebrity Wheel of Fortune contestants tonight (Oct. 4, 2023)

Whenever a game show comes with a celebrity twist, you can be sure to count me in! These types of series’ are always so fun to watch and play along with at home. But it things get even better when you add some of our favorite stars to the mix. One of those is Celebrity Wheel of Fortune! The show, hosted by Pat Sajak and Vanna White, premiered its new season on Sept. 27, 2023. Tonight’s episode, Oct. 4, 2023, features Celebrity Wheel of Fortune contestants Kel Mitchell, Kim Fields, and Penn Jillette.

Kel Mitchell is a comedian and actor, best known for being an original cast member on Nickelodeon’s sketch comedy series All That. The star appeared as Ed in the first five seasons of the show, and then reprised his role in the movie Good Burger. Often working with Kenan Thompson on All That, Mitchell also starred as Kel in Kenan & Kel. The 45-year-old was previously married to Tyisha Hampton, having two kids with the actress. Now, he’s married to rapper Asia Lee. The couple shares a daughter and son.

Kim Fields is a director and actress who started out as a child actor on the series Good Times. Throughout her career, she’s also played Dorothy “Tootie” Ramsey in  Diff’rent Strokes, as well as its spin-off The Facts of Life. She began her directing career on Kenan & Kel. Today, you can watch the 54-year-old in Netflix’s The Upshaws. She is married to Broadway actor Christopher Morgan. The couple share two sons.

Penn Jillette is talented at many things! The star is a magician, musician, author, and actor. He’s most famous for being the other half of magic team Penn & Teller. The two have done many stage and television shows together like Penn & Teller: Fool Us and Penn & Teller Tell a Lie. The 68-year-old is married to Emily Jillette and the couple share two kids together.

How to watch the game show tonight (Oct. 4, 2023)

Celebrity Wheel of Fortune airs a new episode tonight, Oct. 4, 2023, at 9 p.m. ET on ABC. The episode is an hour long. If you can’t tune in live, don’t you worry! Be sure to check Hulu tomorrow, Thursday, when the episode will be available to stream on the platform. The game show airs new episodes weekly on Wednesday nights on the network, and the next day on Hulu.

The celebrity contestants aren’t just on the show to have fun and entertain us fans at home. The trio that comes in every week are also playing for charity. Whatever amount of money they win by the end of the episode, they donate to their chosen non-profit. Mitchell is playing for Boys & Girls Club of America, Fields is playing for Back On My Feet, and Jillette is trying to raise money for The University of Rochester.

Boys & Girls is an organization that provides voluntary after-school programs for young people, Back On My Feet helps homeless people gain independence and living skills to eventually be able to support themselves with a job and home, and The University of Rochester is a research university in Rochester, New York that has the Laboratory for Laser Energetics. The lab is supported by the U.S. Department of Energy.
