We got a new group of masked celebrities on The Masked Singer Season 10, Episode 4. Group B took to the stage, and we knew that we would say goodbye to one of them. That meant unmasking, though.
Royal Hen and Hawk went head-to-head in the smack down at the end of the episode, which was an Elton John-themed night. Both sang “Don’t Go Breaking My Heart,” bringing very different renditions of the song.
The question was who would end up going home. Whoever was voted out would end up being unmasked.
Who was unmasked on The Masked Singer Season 10, Episode 4
The Hawk got to stay for another week. That arguably wasn’t that surprising as they did have the better performance of the song.
Yes, that meant Royal Hen was unmasked. Before that happened, the panel had to bring their final guesses. Robin Thicke kept with the idea of it being Gloria Steinem, who he kept saying went on a date with his dad. Rita Moreno was Jenny’s guest, while Ken went for Billie Jean King. What about Nicole? She went through the clue package and decided it was Dr. Ruth.
Were any of them right? Who was under the mask?
It was, in fact, Billie Jean King. It’s another week where Ken managed to get it right. He’s on a roll with his guesses this season.
It turns out that “Philadelphia Freedom” was written for Billie Jean King by Elton John, giving her the privilege to perform that for everyone. It was certainly a remarkable moment for her.
