Streaming TV scorecard: Which streaming shows are canceled and which are renewed in 2023?

Now, out of all the streamers on this post, Netflix is king. But make no mistake, it’s king because it has the most content available to stream. However, here at Hidden Remote, we believe that it’s all about quality over quantity. That said, Netflix may have a lot of shows (and movies) available to stream, but it is not any better than Max or Paramount+, for example.

Are you surprised to see any of these shows on the canceled list? I would’ve liked to see another season of First Kill and Firefly Lane. Will you miss any of these canceled show? Netflix doesn’t exactly have a good reputation when it comes to giving shows second or third seasons, so the number of canceled shows here isn’t shocking.

Wow! Would you look at this giant list of renewed shows. As we said, Netflix has the most content, you’ll always find something to watch on the platform. Black Mirror may be renewed, but when is it coming back? It feels like it’s been forever since we got new episodes.

I really enjoyed the first couple of seasons of The Umbrella Academy, but then I stopped watching. The third season of YOU almost lost me, but the final set of episodes make up for it. However, I’m glad the upcoming season is the final one in the series.
