Gizelle definitely puts the “G” in OG! This cast member has been there since the very beginning. She’s someone who always knows how to collect receipts to call out anyone and everyone. But this season, Gizelle is showing her vulnerable side since her eldest daughter is going to college and she’s not ready to almost have an empty nest. How will this change affect Gizelle?

Ashley Darby

Age: 35 (June 8, 1988)

Ashley is another person who fans have known since season 1. Like Gizelle, Ashley always finds her way to the center of the drama, as she is often the one coming with the tea. Fans admire that about her since she keeps it real. Even still, fans are hoping she’ll also keep it real with her dating life and, more importantly, her divorce from her husband, Michael Darby. Will Ashley keep it 100 with her love life?

Candiace Dillard-Bassett

Age: 36 (December 4, 1986)

Candiace Dillard-Bassett is a multi-talented housewife. She can sing, dance, and read someone for filth! She’s also one of those people who keeps us entertained not just because of her clapbacks but also because of her hilarious sayings that definitely deserve to be on a T-shirt. Maybe this season we’ll see more of her career? Or perhaps we’ll learn a bit more about where she is on her baby-making journey?

Robyn Dixon

Age: 44 (March 31, 1979)

It’s safe to say Robyn Dixon is someone who definitely grew with the show. She went from someone who resided in the background to someone who is stealing the spotlight in the upcoming season.

In season 8, Robyn’s marriage with Juan is put to the test, as Juan is in a lot of hot water at his job. Will this break the couple? Or bring them back together stronger than ever?

Karen Huger

The Grand Dame can never be replaced, which is why she’s still standing strong despite being on for all eight seasons. She’s showing these ladies that she’s standing on business and if they can’t take her at her very best, they certainly don’t deserve her at her legendary status. Nneka Ihim

Nneka Ihim is our newcomer in season 8. While we don’t know too much about Nneka just yet, we do know that she is a friend of Wendy Osefo, meaning she’ll know how to read a housewife if she needs to. However, everyone’s wondering if Nneka will last amongst this group of ladies? Or will she get the boot after one season?

Wendy Osefo has proven she has what it takes to stay on this show for a very long time. No matter who she’s in a fight with, she’s come out on top, proving she’s not one to just lay down and take defeat. If only she kept that same energy for when it came to overworking herself, especially since reading someone is nothing if you’re too sick to be there in person!

Has Wendy learned how to balance work and life? Or will she have to learn yet another valuable lesson about taking care of one’s health?

Mia Thornton

Mia Thornton is probably going to have one of the most stressful seasons. She’s going through a sticky situation with her husband, Gordon, and we fear the two may not make it out together.
