Chucky season 3 episode 5 release date predictions

Chucky season 3 was split into two parts, each consisting of four episodes for a total of eight. If you’re all caught up and are now waiting for news on when part 2 will premiere, don’t hold your breath! Fans are in for a long wait before season 3 episode 5 arrives.

On Oct. 25, just in time for Halloween, Chucky season 3 episode 4, titled “Dressed to Kill,” premiered on Syfy and USA Network. Did you miss it? Catch the latest episode (and all chapters before it) streaming on Peacock. The horror-slasher concluded its fourth episode with a cliffhanger, and we weren’t expecting anything less from our favorite possessed doll. Audiences were on the edge of their seats as the credits began to roll. Needless to say, Chucky season 3 episode 5 can’t come soon enough!

Now, when a season is split in two parts, there are typically six to eight months in  between. Unfortunately, things are going to be a little different for Chuck. And by “little,” we mean several months.

Chucky season 3 episode 5 may not premiere until late 2024

If the back half of season 3 was already filmed and ready to go, I’m confident the new episodes would premiere in early 2024. My best guess? March 2024, or April the latest. However, due to the strikes, season 3 part 2 is nowhere near complete.

Filming for episodes 5-8 has yet to happen. That’s right, filming can only begin after the SAG-AFTRA strikes end, which currently have no end date. Even if a deal was reached this month, it would still take several long months to complete filming. And this would be followed by post-production work and editing.

All that said, we don’t think Chucky season 3 episode 5 will drop until closer to the end of 2024. To stay true to its theme, we may be looking at another October release.
