One of my favorite game shows is returning on NBC for its sixth season in The Wall. The Chris Hardwick hosted series that was created by Andrew Glassman and Lebron James features contestants trying to walk away with big cash prizes. Below we share all the details including when you can watch the newest season of the show.
The Wall premieres tonight, Nov. 3, 2023, at 8 p.m. ET on NBC. If you miss the show live on the network, it will be available on Peacock the following morning. Throughout the month of November, NBC will be airing new episodes every week.
The Wall features a four-story (think Plinko) board with the bottom of the board featuring 15 slots marked with dollar amounts. As the game progresses those dollar amounts can go from $1 to up to $5,000 or more. A team of two contestants plays three rounds leading to the “Final Decision.” This is where the isolated player gets sent a contract from the host, and they must decide to tear it up or sign it.
Throughout five seasons of the show there have been nine million dollar winners. However, there have been some teams that made the wrong choice during the “Final Decision” that has cost their team millions. Those final moments of each episode are what make this one of my favorite shows on TV.
How to watch The Wall on NBC
As mentioned above, the game show premieres tonight, Nov. 3, 2023, at 8 PM ET on NBC. There will be a total of 10 episodes this season. New episodes of The Wall air every Friday at 8 PM ET and available on Peacock the following day.
In the first episode of the sixth season we will see Jerimiah and Nikki compete. The husband and wife couple from Texas lost their dream ranch to financial struggles, but the couple still travels to help teach refugees how to thrive in the farming world to assist in feeding their communities.
