Is Quantum Leap on tonight? (November 22, 2023)
Wednesdays have become all about Quantum Leap, but what’s the plan for tonight? Is there a new episode of the time-traveling series on tonight, Wednesday, Nov. 22?
We’ve certainly enjoyed a run of new Quantum Leap episodes. The only break was recently for the Republican debate as the run for a new leader of the party begins. However, thanks to the series getting a head start on production before the dual strikes this summer, we’ve had a run of fresh episodes this fall.
Sadly, that run is starting to come to an end. There isn’t a new episode of the series on tonight, Wednesday, Nov. 22. There isn’t a rerun on, either. NBC will air the Countdown to Macy’s Thanksgiving Parade instead.
That’s not surprising. Thanksgiving week isn’t traditionally a good week for linear ratings, and we see a lot of shows take some time off this time of year.
When will Quantum Leap return with new episodes?
The good news is the previous episode wasn’t the fall finale. There is still one more episode to air in 2023, but we have a bit of a wait for it. We’ll need to wait until Wednesday, Dec. 6 to watch the episode.
This one will take us back to Salem in 1692. Yes, Ben is in the body of a young girl accused of witchcraft, and he’ll have his work cut out for him to save this young girl’s life (saving his own life in the process). This is going to be a great chance to shine a light on the witch trials in 1692.
There isn’t yet a synopsis for the episode, but you can check out the promo for it, which has the return date in it so we’ve been aware since the end of the previous episode:
Quantum Leap is available to stream on Peacock on Thursdays.
