Bash and his friends talk work at the dinner table in this Transplant Season 3, Episode 7 sneak peek. Will it turn into an argument?

Usually, there are certain topics to avoid at the dinner table. When it comes to a group of friends, though, debates can happen. Bash, Mags, June, and Theo are trying to figure out problems within the hospital, but the conversation turns on to how women are continuously pushed out of conversations and the workplace.

These are important conversations to have. A lot of people do things that they don’t realize contribute to the problem, and that’s something Bash and Theo find out they’re doing at the dinner table in Transplant. Will they make some changes, or will they be set in their ways of the world?

Transplant Season 3, Episode 7 sneak peek

The clip itself is an aftermath of the previous episode’s workplace changes. The nurses are exhausted, and Mags feels some of the responsibility is on her. It’s not on her directly, but she still feels bad, and she wants to find a way to help.

The problem is her plans are making individuals do a job that the institution should do. This could be a slippery slope. If the institution realizes that the individuals are willing to make sacrifices now, why won’t the individuals do it in the future? It doesn’t show the institution that there is a real problem.

Take a look at the debate and more in the Transplant sneak peek below:

The clip also goes into how things have changed with Singh based on who he is mentoring. June worked under Singh for years, and she barely knows anything about him. Yet, Bash, who has done just a couple of surgeries with him, knows a lot more.

Sure, men may be more comfortable talking to other men, but it is a show of how women end up being pushed out of conversations. This leads to problems in the workplace and more. The question is whether Bash and Theo can help to bring some change—and even if they notice that it is a real problem.

Take a look at the synopsis for the episode:

"Bash reels from Amira’s bold decision while Mags counsels him on a measured response. Dr. Devi struggles to keep the staff in line as turmoil erupts over the nurses’ work stoppage. Theo bends some rules to help a patient in need but must contend with Claire’s wrath."
