Big Brother Reindeer Games runs for two full weeks on CBS, full release schedule
Big Brother is getting into the holiday spirit with the new Big Brother Reindeer Games spin-off! The flagship series is one of CBS’ mainstay reality TV shows, going all the way back to 2000 and running 25 seasons. The setup is obvious as a pack of strangers is made to stay inside a house, going through competitions to eliminate one contestant at a time while showing how folks get along in close quarters.
The new Big Brother Reindeer Games is something different, and an obvious bit of holiday programming as CBS prepares for the strike-delayed seasons in February. It will pit nine Big Brother favorites in unique holiday-themed games. The confirmed cast is Britney Haynes, Cameron Hardin, Cody Calafiore, Danielle Reyes, Frankie Grande, Josh Martinez, Nicole Franzel, Taylor Hale, and Xavier Prather.
Rather than longtime host Leslie Chen Moonves, the show is hosted by BB favorites Jordan Lloyd, Derek Xiao, and Tiffany Mitchell as “Santa’s Elves.” Each episode has the contestants in three competitions leading to “Santa’s Showdown,” where one is eliminated.
The finale will have the remaining four players competing, with the winner taking the $100,000 prize. It looks like a fun show, but when can you watch it?
Big Brother Reindeer Games’ release schedule
Per CBS, the show will premiere with a two-hour episode Monday, December 11. Episodes will air Tuesday and Thursday, then the final three the next week, with the finale set for Thursday, December 21.
