After an incredible first season, we're getting closer and closer to 911: Nashville's debut run coming to an end as there are only four episodes left until the season finale. Thankfully, ABC has already renewed the breakout hit 911 spinoff for season 2, but before we get too far ahead of ourselves, the latest episode of the series features some familiar faces that fans will definitely recognize!
911: Nashville season 1 episode 15, which is titled "Bad Girls," airs on Thursday, March 26 at 9/8c on ABC and boasts one of the most exciting guest stars the freshman season has featured yet. Reality television legend and lifestyle mogul Kristin Cavallari appears in the latest episode, but she isn't playing a character. Like in the MTV reality show The Hills, she plays a fictionalize version of herself.
Gearing up to celebrate the 20th anniversary of her reality TV debut on Laguna Beach, Cavallari guest stars as herself in 911: Nashville season 1 episode 15. But she's not simply making a cameo, which would make sense since she lives in Nashville, where she runs her business Uncommon James. Cavallari is directly involved in one of the episode's emergency cases.

Check out the official synopsis for "Bad Girls" as shared by ABC: "Dixie and Blue feud over family loyalty, then Ryan suspects Sam is hiding a major secret but fears confronting her. Meanwhile, a face mask mishap hits an influencer’s model as the 113 tackles a disturbing house fire." That face mask mishap? Cavallari's unfortunately the victim of beauty mask that's stuck for dear life.
In addition to starring in the MTV series Laguna Beach and its spinoff The Hills, Cavallari has also has a few acting roles over the years, in titles like Veronica Mars, Fingerprints, Green Flash, National Lampoon's Van Wilder: Freshman Year, The Middle, and The League. Cavallari starred in the E! reality series Very Cavallari and Honestly Cavallari: The Headline Tour, published four best-selling books, and hosts the podcast Let's Be Honest.

Alongside Cavallari, the latest episode of 911: Nashville also guest stars Anna Akana, who some viewers will recognize as a popular YouTuber. Akana has also worked as an actress, comedian, and musician. While Cavallari plays herself, Akana will be playing a beauty influencer, whose name appears to be Elena based the logo on the apron, and the source of the emergency.
Akana has previously appeared in productions such as Hello, My Name Is Doris, The Fosters, Dirty 30, You Get Me, Next Gen, Let It Snow, Blade of the 47 Ronin, Big City Greens, Amphibia, A Million Little Things, and other guest star and voice roles in television shows. She's now playing a pivotal role in one of this week's Nashville emergencies and putting Kristin Cavallari in harm's way!
